UKTRB Complaint

This form allows members of the public, service users, or professionals to report concerns about the conduct, practices, or trauma-related failures of an organisation. Complaints may relate to safeguarding breaches, mishandling of trauma disclosures, unsafe environments, or violations of trauma-informed duty. TRB receives these submissions as acts of care and governance
